For providers considering a listing

Kokofami is a local guide that reaches Japanese families searching — via search engines and AI (ChatGPT, etc.) — for their children's education and childcare in Southern California (Los Angeles & Orange County). We welcome listings from daycare/preschools, lessons, cram schools/exam prep, and weekend Japanese / Japanese-language schools.

What we offer providers is not just an ad slot, but a point of contact with families who may enroll (inquiries, visits, trials).

The Kokofami promise (three separations)

• Search & comparison are neutral: ranking and objective comparison tags cannot be bought with advertising.
• Paid slots are clearly labeled: sponsor slots are marked “Sponsor” and kept separate from regular search results.
• Inquiries are referrals only: they reach only the facility the parent chose.

• Pricing is by individual consultation during the beta (feel free to reach out).
• The core is a flat monthly rate. We never add charges automatically as inquiries grow.
• Paid listings are labeled “Sponsor.” Ads never change search ranking or comparisons.

For companies and relocation firms

Families on assignment must choose schools and childcare in the short window around relocation, with no local knowledge. Kokofami supports their start-up through information on choosing schools and childcare.

• Good for: HR/GA at Japanese companies (those supporting assignees' families), relocation firms, real-estate companies, etc.
• What we can provide: area-by-area school/childcare comparison information, materials for pre-assignment orientation (PDF), links from your benefits page, etc.
• Benefit: you can hand families “neutral, up-to-date school information” without compiling it yourself.
• Pricing: a paid service for businesses (annual contract, consultation-based; quoted individually by scope).
